API Reference changes

• Send UBL API endpoint will now also have 424 http error code with the following possible values: REMOTE_AP_UNAVAILABLE or RECIPIENT_SMP_UNAVAILABLE indicating a dependency failure which resolves in a request failure. This means that we could not send the UBL document because these services were unavailable. Our recommended way of proceeding is to retry at a later time.
• Added the requesterIdentificationNumber as extra parameter to create, update and execute confirmation-based transfer payments. The requesterVAT is now deprecated. We advise to use the requesterIdentificationNumber.
